Level it in what regard?

Did the entire pool sink or are you talking about leveling up the deck or finished interior surface?

It's just leaning to one side.

I would search the list for a slab jacking company that understands pools.

I would go to an above ground pool installer. Depends a lot on your pool frame design - some can just be levelled up by digging in concrete pavers the right depth under the legs - other require digging-in the support ring so basically the uphill side would have to be trenched in deeper. Some have in-ground posts or piers that wouldhave to be modified.

I suppose a handyman could make it level - how long it will stay that way and whether it will break the frame is anyone's guess.

Be sure you do not elevate any side so high the liner sides do not reach the ground, or you will tear the liner off the upper clamp ring when you fill it.

You could also send a few photos to the manufacturer customer service people for suggestions - this should probably be my first response.
