looking for a reputable landsurveyor in the surrounding area of sioux city Iowa. Some that do not cost over $800.00.

My mother is 77 yrs of age and her property in the back is backed up aganist another yard where the owner previously died, also the neighbor to the right of us has issues with their retaining wall and cant determine if it is their wall or ours. If there is anyone who can do a survey of my moms property for elderly people at a reasonable cost please let me know. sincerely, Rebecca

Search the List (in green banner bar) for Land Surveyors in your area, and their ratings and reviews.

For more on boundary markings, intermediate marking of the lines, and such see this recent question -

Since they are going to have to locate the lines to do the survey, I would suggest having them reestablish corners, if they cannot find them. Also, I would have them locate and sketch any visible infringements from neighboring properties (fences, walls, retaining wall, etc - but I would not worry about trees), since infringements seem to be your primary concern.
