Carpet - Sales/Installation/Repair would be the Search the List category to find well-rated and reviewed vendors for this - availalble to all member classes (paid and free memberships both).

It is also possible to do this yourself, especially if not looking for a skin-taught stretch - sometimes for small rooms just one person scuffing feet toward the edge while second fastens the rug down works fairly well (gets the visible wrinkels out of it) - for a more professional looking job the tools cost about $50-100 for knee-kicker and stretcher kit.

Generally, with a carpet without distinct orientation to the pattern not very tough to do - takes a bit more expertise with a patterned carpet where the pattern has to be kept straight or for a circular pattertn which has to be kept smooth and in proper shape.
