my neighbors tree is growing onto my roof causing interference with my tv antenna. whos pays for trimming?

My neighbors trees are growing onto my roof interfering with my tv antenna reception. Is he responsible for paying to have them trimmed??

You pay - he is not responsible for trimming overhanging vegetation on your side of the property line. Generally speaking (with some provisos about pre-notification so he can take care of the issue first if trimming will permanently damage or kill or overbalance the tree), you can trim encroaching vegetation to the property line.

IF you need a contractor for this - for minor branch cutting on the roof, a Handyman is probably cheapest - assuming you have a walkable roof (shingles or flat roof or such). Otherwise, Tree Service would be the normal vendor for significant cutting back, cutting heavy branches overhanging the house, or work needing high ladder or bucket truck.
