Normal vendor would be a Countertop contractor - though they would not do the wiring unless it is just a matter of plugging it into the wall. Some Ceramic Tile, Appliance installation, and Handymen do this too, though their risk of making a mistake is probably a fair amount higher. especially if a flush-mount unit where the flange cannot conceal minor cut dimension errors. It is not physically tough to cut as it is just a plastic resin - ordinary fine tooth skil saws, routers, sanders etc are used to work it.
