Couple of possibilities - most dentists (or doctors) do not provide for time payments, though some will strings payments out for a very few months (say 2-3) for major work for established patients.

Most medical/dental offices have flyers for personal finances companies that finance purchases and medical costs like this - though commonly under more strict terms and hgiher rates than if you just went to your local credit union that you belong to and got a personal loan.

If under a certain income, dental schools also offer cheap or even free dental care as a means of getting patients in for their students to work on (under professional supervision, of course).
