Mulch and Topsoil for those products, or Stone and Gravel for general fill or construction-grade fill would be your Search the List categories to find vendors. Also many Landscaping companies for common yard materials like mulch, topsoil, decorative or river gravel, etc.

For typical costs you can find a LOT of previous similar questions with answers and discussion of truck size and access issues and such - look in the Lawn & Garden > Landscaping Materials link under Browse Projects, at lower left.

Typically - by the full truckload (commonly 10-30 cubic yard capacity unless load limits that require smaller load to get to your area) delivery charge is typically $50-200 range (normally $100-150) unless long haul or through a lot of traffic or city streets, plus cost of the material - which can be from free to $15/cy commonly for random fills, commonly $10-12 on up to $410-50/cy for processed materials, and on up from there for large rock/riprap and specialty decorative rock that is imported from far away.

For small quantities there are landscaping firms, some landscaping centers and greenhouses, and topsoil haulers who haul typically 1-3 yards per trip of common yard use materials for commonly $100-200 a load.
