first of all let me tell you that good has nothing to do with your zituation find an honest tech to troubleshoot your system. if the unit has been mainten on a yearly bases. you have a very good system find out what parts are needed to bring your system back to where it belongs. a good cleaning.a COMPLETE cleaning usally works and it is creaper than replaceing the unit. remember that you know your finances better than i do. repearing the unit is always cheaper than replacing it unless the cost of the repair is far beon normal then replacing the unit will be cheaper than repair.Always compare 3 techs before jumping into the pool.

Check for contractors listed on and and of course check your local Angie's List, if they are on all three you have found a great Contractor.
