need reliable company to repair existing shower and install new plumbing fixtures

shower needs to be recaulked , old shower heads replaced and floor drain replaced.. In addition, existing plumbing on bathtub needs to be replaced

Most Plumbers will caulk showers and tubs, assumingyou mean the tub/tile or shower/surround interface, not the tile grout joints. That wouldlet you go with one contractor for all the work you need - excepting drywall and painting as needed to repair access holes he has to cut to replace your shower drain (usually cut through from floor below) and tub plumbing (usually from backside of wall behind foot of tub plus from below if replacing water pipes and drain. If only replacing the tub fixtures, not the piping in the walls, then may or may not need back side access if changing out the valves, depending on and size of front access hole through tile/surround..
