Handymen would be the normal Search the List category for this - assuming the new locations will still be within reach of power cords. Gas flex line can be bought longer with no problem, if within 6 feet reach of shutoff valve - except 3 feet in a few jurisdictions, like MA as I recall.

Two ways to do this - buy the pedestal for each unit from the manufacturer, or have him (for probably more cost) build pedestals for the units. The top unit will likely have to have some sort of brackets to bolt it down, because normally it will not stand up by itself - depends on bolts to hold it because it is usually cantilevered out from a rear mounting base part of the frame.
