Well, you could go with a Window contractor, a Flooring Sales/Installation Repair, and a Remodeling - Kitchen and Bath contractor (your Search the List categories to look in to find well-rated and reviewed vendors of those types) - or a Remodeling - General contractor to handle all the work in one.

One thing that should be obvious - the flooring work (I presume your meant sanded AND refinished) should come last - and my recommendation is zero shoes on refinished flooring for at least 3-5 days in excellent drying conditions, or 5-7 days in normal conditions - just wearing socks or sole-less slippers for that period greatly reduces the scratching and variations in gloss on refinished wood floors, which you will be spending a lot ofmoney to make look nice.
