Carpenter or Handyman or Deck Contractor (maybe) would probably be your best Search the List category for a contractor for this.


Without knowing rest of details on design, like if pergola or what and what type of roofing/cover it will have (if any) cannot give info on likely cost.


Also, right off the bat, 16' 2x6 sounds light unless has intermediate bracing and or support (usually 2x8 or deeper for 16' spans, depending on load), even for an open-lattice pergola - in that length will have little or no load carrying capacity and will warp easily when weathered.
