Any roofer can give you 3 good references (hopefully they had 3 jobs that went well) Ask them 3 references of jobs that they had problems with so you can see how they corrected their problems. That will be your most important question if you have a leak and they will not return your call. If they tell you they never had a problem it means their lying and will not stand behind their work (your roof warrantee is only as good as your roofer) or they haven't installed enough roofs. You can eliminate them. Another important question, let the roofer you want a certificate of workers comp & liability insurance faxed, emailed or mailed that has your name and address on it. If they cant provide both of these for any reason what so ever DON’T let them on your roof. Also the material they will be using so you can compair apples to apples. There is a couple of questions to start you out.
