Unlike A/C units, reefers rarely leak refrigerant - usually only if you bang the tubing up, or the compressor totally fails. Appliance Repair - Large is the Search the List category you need to find well-rated and reviewed repair firms for this type of work - assuming it is not under warranty, in which case call the warranty number in the owner's manual.

Most common cause of poor cooling is usually dirty coils (under the reefer in most cses, on the back in some and with much older reefers) or dust bunnies jamming up the cooling fan which moves air over the coils to cool them. Read owner's manual (available online if you buried yours) on how to clean - compressed air through a jet nozzle for blowing out (if you have an air compressor) and shop vac to catch most of the dust coming out is my favored method. Be sure to clean coils, drip pan, cooling fan blade and motor, and compressor housing, as well as any screen or filter on the back which the air flows through.

Usually needs to be done every year or even less in house with shedding carpets or heavily shedding animals, every year or two in normal carpeted house with an animal or two maybe, 2-4 years otherwise depending on amount of lint in house air and how many dust bunnies live in the house. If unable to do yourself usually about $75-100 for a preventative cleaning and function check only - any repairs or fault diagnosis extra. Many appliance repair shops offer multi-appliance cleaning and checkup services to check range, reefer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc all at one time for a base fee plus maybe $15-35 per additional appliance checked in same visit.
