replace fascia boards and roof before or after tenting house

My house has extensive termite and water damaged fascia boards. I need a new roof and house tenting. Which do Ido first? tent-wood-roof or wood-roof-tent. Do you suggest a roof roll back first for a better estimate? Who should do wood repair, roofer or carpenter?

My courses of action
1) Tent home, ie remove termites from the equation
2)Remove roof , with deteriated sheathing and the the gutters plus any rotten fascia. Access the damage. Replace any structurally unsound roof rafters.
3)Replace removed sheathing and fascia and reroof with obviously all new valley and overhang ice shields if your area requires it.
4)Install new gutters and gutter covers (if necessary and affordable).
Roofer can do all except the gutter and most of them are associated with a gutter installer sub contractor.
