Question DetailsAsked on 5/5/2020

septic tank is now 4" lower than the distribution box, the installer said the head pressure will push it up hill

sewer pipe leaves home 16" (for 24' long) higher than inlet of septic tank, tank is level but 4" lower
than distribution box. planner says the head pressure will push the water out the outlet and up 4" over 8' to distribution box without any problem. this is a gravity fed system. The planner says if this does not satisfy me then he will put a pump in the septic tank and pump the 4" height to the distribution box. Will this work?
