smaller flat roof needs replacement. part of an extension on top of a regular roof.

Beam inside has been replaced after leak
where the roof collapsed.

Sounds like you need a Roofer - your Search the List category.

My recommendation - since doing from scratch, I would recommend looking into changing the "flat roof" to a "low slope roof", which should lower damage risk and extend its life. Particlularly if in an area with high winter heating or summer A/C bills, use of bevel-cut or tapered rigid foam board to provide a low slope under the roofing membrane can avoid a LOT of future leak issues, and change major leaks from ponding into minor pinhole leaks on a sloping roof when the membrane does get punctured or cracks with age.
