If the area is 'lawn" - has been mowed short before and does not have large sticks or rocks in it, then a normal Lawn and Yard care company should handle it with gang mowers.

If rough country - branches, some rocks, not smoothed ground, then you need a tractor with a brush whacker - normally a deck-type chain type for unknown conditions, then possibly deck type rotary cutter after that if found to not have significant uneven ground or rocks sticking up. I don't think AL has a specific different category for that, but google for brush cutting or brush hog in your area, then check AL by company name for any reviews.
