someone to tear down old house for lumber

house was built in 1896 and appears to have some really good lumber located in Candler, NC

Google in your area for phrases like Recycled Lumber or Antique Lumber to find dealers in used wood that might be interested. You could also ask at the local lumberyards if they know of anyone who tear down old buildings for the wood.

Otherwise, Demolition (not an Angies List category either) would be the type of company yuou want to tear it down.

Note - if that old, fixtures and appliances (electric and plumbing and door/window hinges and fasteners) might also be of value to an antique fixtures dealer.
