states: there is an error retrieving your membership information. Anyone know what that means?

am trying to leave a review and put in appropriate information

Means the Angies List computers cannot access your membership to allow you do to a review - could be you were not signed in as a member, you timed out so it no longer recognizes you as a member on this session, or their computers had a brain freeze or one with critical membership info was down so it couldnot verify your membership.

Try logging out, remove the Angies List cookies from your browser cookies, and log back in from scratch. Also, especially if around 11:00PM - early AM Indiana time, their system is commonly wonky and cranky during those time periods (presumably due to updating), so you could try back during normal hours the next day.

If those don't clear the problem, contact member services.

LCD is correct. Your membership has since expired and you can no longer access the site.
