I would suggest that you call your local Saturn Dealer and find out if that does not work. You can call GM directly and find out from the source.

Good luck and I hope this helps :)

Good question, I researched this for myself as well.

The 'official party line' reads like this... however check out the two other solutions below.

Saturn owners should contact customer service to find out where they can get their vehicles serviced, according to General Motors. But they are also allowed to take their cars to dealerships servicing other GM brands for warranty service. However, a Chevrolet dealer in the Hartford area said they are not servicing Saturn vehicles under warranty, and the CBS Early Show found only four non-Saturn GM dealers out of 20 that they contacted in New York and New Jersey would accept a Saturn car for warranty service.

Go to this site and enter your zip code. It will provide you with a list of 'certified' GM dealers that 'should' honor the Saturn warranty.
OR:... use the link below and select Saturn

Partial copy of a chat I had with a GM rep. online
Mackenzie: Hi Steve! How may I help you?
Steve: How can I find a dealer who will cover my Saturn that is still under warranty?
Mackenzie: I will provide the website where you can select "Saturn Service Provider" as a search option.
Mackenzie: Here is the link:
Agent is sending you to I was just trying it out on a different page. Only 3 dealers within 50 miles. That's a bit of a drive.
Mackenzie: I apologize! You could always try contacting your local dealer to see if they have any other suggestions for you.

FYI: Saturn Introduces "Saturn Authorized Service Providers"
