I have tried an auger & no blockage seen or felt....no leaks around toilet and it flushes well, but within 15 minutes, the water level is about 4 inches below normal. When it fills, it goes to the normal level....then drops very slowly.
Toilet is on 2nd floor and has worked well for 15 years until now. Would removing drain plug under the house, help??? Should I remove the toilet from the floor and check the seal for a leak???? I've had a plumber here to look and he could not figure it out either. HELP!!!!!!
