tried to set neighborhood boundary; told my address not within boundary.

We moved from 2917 Bretford way to 3011 ladybank Ln this summer. My account lists our current address, so I do not know what to do next. Thanks

I had the same problem and emailed support. (Phone support costs extra at my Basic level.) They promptly told me about a workaround: I needed to update my address and spell out "Dr" to "Drive". Perhaps in the above case, you'd spell out "Ln" to "Lane"?


To update my address, I went to the "Manage My Account" option under the "Account" drop-down menu.


I also had to sign out and logon again for this to take effect.
