For what purposes ?

For Angie's list, go to AngiesList.com, click on FAQ inthe top menu bar, then from list at left side choose Membership Options, and provide your zip code on the page that appears. It will give you the options and pricing. If you are an AARP member (must be 50 or older to join), Angies give you 45% off on initial annual membership, 25% off on renewal.

For Government purposes (Medicare, added tax deduction for age, discounts on vehicle registration, property tax reduction, etc) generally 65 years old, although you can receive Social security retirement (at a reduced rate) as low as age 62.

For discounts from companies, varies a lot - most use 60 or 65 years old for their discount program. Check their individual websites.
