what is angie's list requirments for senior discount

Some companies advertise that they give a senior discount--at what age does Angie's List consider someone a "senior"--is the minimum age to be considered a "senior" determined by Angie's List or by the company providing the services?

Hello, this is Kiel from Angie's List. The senior discount is determined by each provider. If the provider's listing says that they offer a senior discount, you will want to contact the provider to clarify the discount and what they consider to be a senior. Thanks so much!

Most companies consider >65 a senior. On occasion it may be 55. I found by asking up front, when they want to get your business, most will give it at 55. As A.L. States it is up to each provider. I do wish for continuity sake it would just be established here on the list and take the guess work out of potentially inflated bids to compensate for the discount.

Also some states declare their version. Example California DMV gives Senior ID cards at 62.
