Obviously the cost of the cylinder and deadbolt depends on what type of locks you have - normal run of the mill locks and deadbolts should run about $25-45 combined, on up to $150-200 range for a totally new high-security door hardware set (which are really only meaningful if you have metal doors without large enough windows to break for entry or reaching in to iopen the door through the window). Installation by a door and window installer typically about $50-75 for a new cylinder (assuming you can provide them with the exact make and model, or provide it yourself) and installing a deadbolt - closer to $100-125 for totally new hardware including deadbolt and high-security striker plate. Locksmith can do it too, but typically somewhat more, though some mobile locksmiths are amazingly cheap.
