what is your cancellation policy?

I purchased Coupon Code: Carpet-1791589-1 on 2/20/2015. There were repairs being done at my house so I was unable to schedule the cleaning at that time. We have just been given a completion date of 4/1 for those repairs; I called UpFront this morning, and was told they do not have a service date available until the 3rd week of April so I should call Angies for a refund.
