Depends on whether only fixing the above-roof portion, or the whole chimney, and if replacing only the exterior bricks/blocks or the interior structure and lining and such too - can run from a thousand or two for the above-roof section replacement (usually the worst weatheared/ deteriorated section) to as much as $5-10,000 range for an entire chimney - per chimney. Definitely towards higher end if in high seismic or hurricane area with high lateral loadings that require special reinforcing to meet code.
