Part is commonly about $25-75 depending on brand if stand-alone ignitor - up to $200 range for the part if integral with gas valve - should be minimum service call charge of from about $75-150 for the labor.

On some models where the ignitor is separate from the gas valve an easy DIY job - unplug dryer, pull off back panel, unhook a couple of push-on wire connections, remove one or two bolts or screws to remove it, reverse to put new one in. Other brands it is integral with the electric solenoid-operated gas valve so requires disconnecting the gas line to it to do the replacement - not something a lot of people want to do or feel comfortable with.
