Depends a great deal on how the wiring is run - a lot cheaper if "wired up" from a decently high basement or scrwlspace with exposed ceiling joists or from the attic down, more expensive if the wiring was run through hiden areas in floors and walls - but here are a couple of previous similar questions with some very rough ballpark numbers.

If you are replacing the breaker/distribution panel and/or the main feeds to the panel and outdoor main breaker/disconnect and/or meter boxes that of course make a big difference too (as much as about half) - you can find more questions with answers about that in the Home > Electrical link in Browse Projects, at lower left.

Also, of course, if this is a multi-unit building where the wiring may partly run through neighbor's units, that complicates matters significantly at times, especially if you are doing this yourself rather than the whole building being done at one time.
