I'm sure it varies from city to city; so I will go with what I know. In San Antonio, TX and there abouts, we normally hire by the half day or full day. If it is a weekly job you should expect to pay $65 - $75 for as half day and $110 - $120 for a full day. It would be next to provide lunch and it builds good will.

If it is a one time job, I would expect the prices to be higher.

Additional estimates and info on initial, weekly, and move-out cleaning costs and scope of work can be found in the Browse Projects section at lower left, in the Home > House Cleaning section.

Not sure where you are in the US., but for house cleaning look to pay around $25-30 per cleaner. If you are paying that kind of rate, cleaner or cleaners should bring their own cleaning supplies.
