That is just way too wide open a question for a detailed answer - what you need to do is select an architect to do a check on what pallning and zoning restrictions there are on doing what you want to, then do a conceptual drawing and rough cost estimate for you, then refine it to final plans and specs (which you will need for building permit) and construction cost estimate (which you will need to get a loan for it), and also help with selecting a General Contractor and do construction inspection for you.

As a ballpark, total cost unlikely to be less than $100/SF for a plain-jane addition, up to $200 for nicely finished and up from there for fancy or unusual design or difficult tie-in with existing roof. National average for normal sized (about 400-500SF) additions is currently around $140/SF.
