Nothing good - if occurs only when car is moving, could be something dragging underneath or wrapped around the driveline, or a bad bearing or such anywhere in the driveline, including transmission.

If happens directly related to stepping on the gas whether or not you are moving, then likely transmission or engine problem, or if not during normal driving but when you step on the gas harder, could be exhaust system joint came apart or cracked, or holed pipe or muffler or cat converter in the exhaust system.

Personally, if you can avoid it,, I would not drive it till looked at by a mechanic - meaning have a tiltbed tow service truck transport it to the mechanic you choose.

At a minimum, before driving it directly to repair place, check your engine oil, power steering fluid, coolant, and transmission fluid levels to be sure they are not significantly low before driving it. Also eyeball the belt and fan to see the belt is not coming apart or there is not something stuck in the fan.
