Question DetailsAsked on 7/18/2015

when I have moss cleaned off of my roof should I expect the 25' debris field covering everything in my yard?

Company, which got great reviews on AL, used a pressure washer. Now, there is moss, dirt, needles, branches, acorns, and anything else that was on my roof all OVER the yard, my gardens, objects, the house, the patios, the walkways, the gutter fronts. I am overwhelmed. I know they won't give me a refund. That's just how it goes these days.Did I say I'm overwhelmed??

That is only one of the problems with pressure-washing a roof, though also can happen a bit with hose and jet spray nozzle.

They should have explained (at bid stage) the debris issue, and either put out tarps if sensitive or easily damaged items below, or after cleaning the roof swept and hosed the debris up and disposed of it properly - of course, higher cost in that case.

This was definitely shoddy workmanship and you should get your money back. I would also do an appropriate Review - using Write A Review at right end of green banner bar above.
