when giving a review about a company and its owners/employees is it appropriate to use names, address' and other personal information?

In general, the more detail you provide with your review, the better!

That is a matter of preference. I usually don't if the company is already verified on Angie's List. If they aren't verified by Angie's then it would be helpful.
