where can I get medical doctors without insurance?

Anywhere almost - just about any doctor would LOVE to have your business - assuming you are paying cash, of course.

If you mean no insurance AND no money, then social service organizations like Salvation Army and Catholic Charities and such sometimes provide medical support, as do Free Clinics and the like.

If you don't find any in your area, contact your local city or county Health Department or your local United Way for info on medical support charities.

If you were honorably discharged from the US military, talk to a Veterans Administration benefits counselor - you may be eligible for free or highly discounted VA medical benefits, particularly if you served during a combat period.
