Many box stores like Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Target, etc sell unframed small mirrors - but hit and miss as to whether they will fit the frame right.

Glass replacement places like Speedy Glass can cut mirror to fit a frame, if you absolutely love the frame or it is an antique.

Otherwise, I would pretty much guarantee you can buy a new framed mirror far cheaper than getting new mirror glass to put in the existing frame, especially in that small size. I would suggest using that frame for a picture or photo, and just get a totally new framed mirror.

Places to buy - furniture and art/framing shops for fancier ones, and most box and home-improvement stores, building supply/lumberyards, and crafts stores like Michaels (for that small size) and of course online at Amazon and such. Even larger drug stores and grocery stores sometimes carry a limited supply of such size framed mirrors.
