For pre-fab ones to fit "standard" stair run/rise ratios there are a lot of web sources for - also orderable at the large home improvement box stores and some lumberyards (typically the ones who carry staircase railing component materials), some door and window places have catalogs of them, and some millwork shops.

Otherwise, Search the List under Wrought Iron and arrange to drop off or eMail your plans or sketch for them to bid on. Box stores, lumberyards and specialty wrought iron shops will surely deliver - just costs more.

When ordering pay attention to mounting system - horizontal surface or vertical surface mounting, bolt sizes needed (including expansion anchors or such if going into concrete), and also type of finish (painted or not and color) and texture (smooth, stippled, matte, rough brushed, etc.) For those reasons, unless your client does not really care about exaxt details, probably a lot better to go in and order in person.
