Presumably it is more than 1 year old - if not, call their warranty service group.

If you google this phrase there are a lot of how-to's for the easier and more common repairs -

keurig coffee machine repair

There are also a slew of articles and videos at Keurig on how to fix many o the simpler problems - http://www.keurig.com/customer-service

If all that fails, then an appliance repair shop maybe, but bear in mind their minimum charge will be probably about $40-50 to diagnose the problem, so unless you have a high-end one maybe better to just keep all the parts and buy a new one.
