Your Search the List category is Auto Radiators, in the automotive area. Any radiatior shop should be able to do it unless it is so corroded it is beyond repair. Also quite easy to do yourself (assuming copper) if you have any soldering experience - good wire brushing to remove all corrosion, proper flux for metal type, then silver soldering which is actually easier than regular solder to use. If leaking at the end cap rather than just a holein the fins, then you can frequently silversolder it fine, but if entire end cap seal is shot then it hasto be removed and hot-tanked before you can do a proper repair.

Plastic or aluminum you are better having the pros do the repair, because overheat and you have a much larger hole to deal with.
