which is a better process for refinishing a tub thermoglazing or sprayed acrylic coating

i want to resurface my bath tub and want to know what is the best process to use.

Here are some prior similar questions with answers FYI. Both precessed have their problems - sprayed finishes commonly with wear-through or peeling, glazing with popoffs and cracking. In any case, the surfce prep is bout 80-90% of the battle - fail to prep or clean the surface correctly and no process will give a lasting result.

My personal recommendation for more than spot repair of chip or scratch, if funds are available, in order of preference (and also roughly highest to lowest cost) - replace tub, melt-on reglazing, powder coat finish, polyurea refinish, acrylic enamel, liner (though actually I would never recommend a liner).
