If you are comfortable with such things, it's only two wires. Your new thermostat will have instructions, pictures and wire labels to help you do it yourself. For your own safety, there should be a switch next to your furnace or boiler. Turn that switch off for the ten minutes it takes you to change the thermostat.

Otherwise, if you are not comfortable with such things. An HVAC contractor could replace it for you.
