who can i hire to find a low frequency noise in my house

I have a low frequency noise that is driving me insane and need to find someone who can find out where this is coming from. Who does this? I'm in Tampa Bay area FL

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear of your situation. At this time, I dont think we have a relevant category for your need. I would encourage if you have not done so already to visit and sent up a membership. From there you can review highly rated service providers in your area. Depending on the sound, it could be an appliance, something in your duct work, plumbing, or electrical. I would start with ou handyman category to find someone to locate the sould since their genral knowledge might be enough to assist you.

Here are some previous similar questions with answers, including a couple of pretty long lists of common sources, FYI - if you are not able to hunt the source down yourself first by determining if from outside or indoors, then by use of a stethoscope on piping and ducts and calls/ceilings, etc, then the AL suggestion to try a Home Inspector is a good start if you can't tie it down to a specific system like HVAC or plumbing.
