Usually your telephone service provider can install one for you. This usually comes with a fee of course. Depending on your service provicer, (at&t, frontier, comcast, etc) you can get an inside wire maintenance plan for a small fee per month and it will cover costs of a "jack relocation" but adding a jack will still cost you. (get the hint here?)

Also depending on where you are, services to do inside wiring do exist. We have a retired phone company employee that goes and wires new jacks and such for alot less than what companies charge.

Or, if you are able to use wire cutters, a screwdriver and a staple gun search you tube for installing a telephone jack and do it yourself.

Good Luck.

AL also has a category in Search the List for Phone and Internet Installer or something close to that.
