A wide variety of people may have or rent power washers -

handyman, yard care companies, roofers, deck and patio companies, painters (for painted surfaces)

Consider what is being washed and how easily it can be hurt, and therefore need more of an expert. For decks I would go with a deck company, for house walls a painter, for roof a roofer or maybe gutter cleaner, for concrete and asphalt and such a handyman

Power washing is also referred to as Pressure washing. There are a lot companies ranging from construction, remodeling and handyman that do pressure washing, but those are just additional services that they offer. The best person or company to call for any pressure/ power washing services is just that a Pressure Washing or Power Washing company. These companies are certified to clean certain areas and know what chemicals to use as well as pressure to use. These companies are also trained and insured for your protection. Consumers always want to save money by using the guy down the street or do it yourself. Some companies also offer advise and even over see your projects. For best results in trying to find a contractor in your area contact your local BBB or go online to and try to find someone in your area and when you do ask questions as you should when you hire any contractor (How long in business, references, smallest project, biggest project, insured, equipment used). These are just some questions that you can ask, if the contractor refuse to answer then find someone else. Always remember that the most important part to any business is the customer. have a great day!!

Why use pressurenet when you can use Angie's List. Go with a professional power washing company that does nothing but that, power washing! If you hire some handyman and he shows up with a ladder, climbing up and down getting a foot away from your siding then you know youve made the wrong decision. True professionals use the proper solutions that remove any and all surface mold/mildew/dirt/grime/rust/clay stains and more. And they can do it without climbing a step. The problem with companies that have a multitude of services are more than likely the master of none.
