Furniture - Repair and Refinishing would be the Search the List category for this.

You said "economic" - take a photo and call around for quotes (emailing them the photos) but expect in the $150-300/chair and $500-1000 range for the table (depending on carving detail), so economic is relative.

If these are not high-end items, you might consider doing some youtubing and reading articles on doing it yourself - but even with chemical strippers expect to spend probably 15-20 hours or so on the set to do the whole job - much more if intricate detail that needs meticulous hand-picking to clean out. And bear in mind if the paint was over bare wood (as opposed to over an original clear finish over wood or original stain) it will take a LOT of sanding to get the paint out of the wood grain - ditto for stained wood you want to "unstain", because while paint remover and bleach will mitigate, for a top-notch job uyou basically have to sand (or turn on a lthe for round legs) through the painted grain to fresh wood.

Here are links to a couple of sites which show their ranges of stripping and refinishing costs. Regluing of loose joints would be little or no more - solvent degluing and disassembly probably about $25 more per chair and maybe $100-200 more on the table, if you want all joints regllued regardless of whether they are "tight" now.
