Question DetailsAsked on 9/1/2014

why would all reviews suddenly drop off Angies List. What sort of circumstances would make that happen?

We chose a mover based on Angies List and suddenly, all his reviews are gone. Only his listing is still there.

It appears AL has an activity timer, because when doing responses to questions I can be logged in for an hour or so without problems, but if I go off to something else for 10-15 minutes I have to log back in.

Therefore, I suspect you left it inactive for too long and it logged you out, so did not recognize you are a member when you tried to see reviews. Try it again and see if it works - if not -

AL is also very unreliable between about 11:00 PM to about 4:00 AM Indianapolis time, and various functions and accessibility drops out randomly during that time - presumably that is when their website contractor is doing modifications and updates and they just take portions out of service rather than update offline.
