will a copper metal roof look good on a white house with burgundy trim

We have a split foyer with white vinal siding and burgundy shutters. I like the copper metal roof on houses but dont know if this would look good on a white house with a burgundy trim

I think that could look nice. My company has some imaging software which would allow us to drop different colors and of metal roofing onto a photo of your home. I need a photo that has been taken as "straight on" to the house as possible. You could email it to me at

Bear in mind your copper roof will weather and change color - here is a link to a chart that shows some examples of weathering brom bronze to green color over the years -

How long it take to do this depends a lot on your air quality - I saw one roof go about 80% of the way through the colors in less than a year downwind of a steel smelter, other can take longer. There are sealers designed to delay the process, but because they are basically just a sealant, once it starts weathering it tend to be uneven and blotchy, and the end result can be very disappointing.

Also, if you have overhanging trees, the organic acids and resins will cause different stages of color in different areas, from reddish to green to brown to black.
