Richmonds are a Rheem brand - so a lot less likely to than if it was a water heater made by Whirlpool. Heck, even amongst Whirlpool gas water heaters there are probably 20 or more different burners for different models and model years.

However, there are a lot of common parts used in appliances - plus the Whirlpool parts subsidiary makes parts for a lot of other brands too, so you may well find a cross-listed part for your appliance - your local appliance parts store or whirlpool parts should be able to help. Course, if trying to see if one you have in hand will work - you would first have to find manufacturer name and part number on the burner, which might be tough if used - plus some are not stamped or marked with ink or decals which burn off in use, so I would not hold high hopes of figuring out which one you have in hand, if that is the case.

I would definitely NOT use one just because it looks similar - without knowing if it is the same BTU rating, has the same flame / heating footprint, etc you risk flame rollouts, excessive heat under the crown sheet (the bottom of the tank), excessive heat in the flue, inefficient operation, triggering of safety sensors, etc.
